Bear Creek, Los Gatos Engagement | Kim & Ben

Old Growth Redwoods was a must for Kim & Ben's engagement shoot. They both love hiking and spending time outdoors, especially if these giant trees are involved. With the recent fires that closed Big Basin, we were hard-pressed to find a growth of redwoods near the San Jose area. So we came upon Bear Creek Redwoods preserve in Los Gatos. It was still a hike along the Alma Trail to the giant old-growth trees. It was worth every step of the way.

After hiking back along the trail to the open space near the parking lot and a quick outfit change, we took more pictures of the vibrant trees surrounding the lake.
